If you have not tried Transformational Breath before you must book a free 30 min consultation first to make sure a full session will be suitable for you. If you have had a consultation and are ready to book your first session this is the booking for you! You should allow 2 hours for the appointment and it will include all instructions, a full breath session and recommendations for home exercises based on your individual breathing pattern.

A full online Transformational Breath session including intention setting, active and relaxed breathing and advice on exercises based on your unique breathing pattern. To book this session you must have previously had a consultation which recommended a regular session, or have attended a Transformational Breath ‘1st session‘ appointment
