Your on-course coaching session will take place on one of the best golf courses in Wales. These sessions will focus on the non-technical aspects of your game which can often lead to the quickest improvements. Strategy, green reading, alignment, club/shot selection, playing from different lies and much more will be looked at here.These sessions are available at 8am and will take place on holes 10-18 at Machynys to avoid any congestion. Test your aerobic fitness like the Pros! This test is a maximal test to determine your ceiling fitness level. It is conducted in progressive stages to exhaustion (easy to really hard) with measurements of your heart rate (HR), blood lactate, power and RPE (ratings of perceived exertion) taken and used to determine your aerobic capacity (VO2max), FTP power and your specific HR and Power training zones. Your results are also compared to pros and others so you can see what your ranking is in your sport, In addition, a full body composition assessment is performed including measures of your body fat. Definitely a good investment for any athlete who trains regularly and wants to have an accurate measure of their current fitness level. The test cost RM900.
